Our team structures your request, shops it across our lender network, and stays on the file until it closes — so a deal that doesn't fit the first lender still has somewhere to go.

The Broker Advantage

We are a Hard Money / Private Money and Institutional Lending Broker. We don't make loans from a single set of guidelines — we arrange financing by connecting borrowers with the lenders, across hard money, private money, and institutional sources, whose programs fit the deal in front of us. That means more options per deal: different documentation levels, different timelines, different property types, and terms a single lender simply can't offer.

Wichita Roots, Nationwide Reach

Our team is based in Wichita, Kansas, and we arrange loans across the United States. Local borrowers and Connectors get a team they can call and talk to; out-of-state investors get the same team working a nationwide lender network — with real estate as our preferred collateral and foreign nationals welcome.
